We are proud to announce that Kaizen Award Italia awards Casappa, chosen among the five best large organisations in Italy in the culture of continuous improvement.

Kaizen Institute was an organisation founded in 1985 by Masaaki Imai, one of the original pioneers who brought KAIZEN, lean thinking and an understanding of Japanese management practices to the West. Kaizen, Japanese for "improvement" or "change for the best", refers to philosophy or practices that focus upon continuous improvement of processes in manufacturing, engineering, and business management.The main focus of the Institute is to help companies remake themselves to be more efficient, more profitable, and ready for the changes to come.

Kaizen Institute awards every year the excellences of a country able to constantly improve and the Companies able to create processes that highlight problems, while simultaneously training and empowering their teams to solve them.The aim is to verify if a Company is doing Kaizen and to see if people smile, following the Kaizen Culture.

Casappa has realized several projects  following the main steps of Kaizen logic and methods, involving people, processes, skills and training and observing the motto “Let’s learn to observe and to solve. We are guided by the awareness that it’s necessary to constantly work for continuous improvement”
