A Customer Satisfaction survey is a cornerstone in a company’s quality management system: it is a tool that can help us improve our products and the services we deliver to our customers. This is why Casappa has decided to conduct this survey and what’s more to lend the questionnaire added value by linking it to an important social initiative called: "Project Sunshine”. Our customer Hyva is sponsoring the project to build a primary school in the village of Krisnapur (Saraikela - India)
